History
Paying his dues as a session and touring musician, Darren Scott's career highlights include performances and studio sessions with Jimmy Little, Joe Camilleri, Chad Morgan, Shane Nicholson, Troy Cassar-Daley, 8 Ball Aitken, Margret RoadKnight and Bec Laughton, alongside many other Australian and international artists.
2011 saw Darren emerge as a solo artist, releasing his debut single and music video Back On The Road to critical acclaim. Several singles have followed, with a debut solo album in pre-production.
That background is why the covers work the way it does. Decades of learning other people's material properly, under pressure, in a studio where approximate is not good enough.

An exceptional guitarist and vocalist, Darren is a highly experienced performer and solo artist. When he is not cruising the world performing on ships, he plays regular shows at venues and events throughout Queensland and Australia-wide.
Specialising in wedding entertainment, Darren brings the right vibe to cafes, bars, clubs, resorts, parties, festivals and corporate events. Always open to audience requests, he lives to play, entertain and thrill. Whatever the venue or event, there is the right mix of music and personality to create the atmosphere you are after.

At sea
Darren performs internationally for Carnival Cruise Line. Multiple shows a day for a brand-new audience every week is the hardest school a solo entertainer can attend, and it shows up in every local gig.
